1. Which regions do you cover?

Our main focus is on the Canary Island of Tenerife. Upon request and for larger projects, we are also available on the neighboring islands or internationally.

  2. How quickly will we receive the final edited results?

High-resolution HDR photos, 2D floor plans, and Matterport 3D tours are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For fully edited 4K video tours and FPV drone films complete with music and custom branding, turnaround is usually 3 to 5 business days.

  3. Are indoor and outdoor FPV drone flights safe?

Yes, absolutely. We use compact drones equipped with enclosed propeller guards (such as the DJI Avata), eliminating the risk of damage to walls or furniture. Before every flight, we also conduct a quick on-site risk assessment.

  4. What equipment do you use for photography and video?

We work with professional high-end gear: including the Canon EOS R50 V for cinematic shots and photos, the Insta360 X5 for 4K walkthroughs and 360° scans, and DJI drones for precise aerial footage.

  5. How much does a professional media production cost?

Our pricing is fully transparent and based on your choice of package and the property's total square footage. For example, standardized 3D tours start at €100, and 2D floor plans start at €35. Simply contact us for a non-binding quote.

  6. How should we prepare the property for the shoot?

The property should be clean, tidy, and staged. Open curtains and blinds, turn on all lights, and store personal items out of sight so the space looks its absolute best.

  7. Who owns the usage rights to the photos and videos?

Upon delivery and payment, you receive full commercial usage rights for your website, social media channels, real estate portals (such as Idealista or ImmoScout24), digital brochures, and print media.

  8. Can 3D tours and videos be easily embedded on our website?

Yes. We provide straightforward links and iFrame embed codes that you can insert directly into your real estate website or portal listings. They work seamlessly across all devices, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop PCs.

  9. What happens if there is bad weather on the scheduled day?

If weather conditions make exterior shots or drone flights impossible (e.g., heavy rain or high winds), we reschedule the outdoor portion free of charge for the next available sunny day.

  10. How does an on-site shoot work, and how long does it take?

Depending on the property size and booked services (e.g., photos + 3D scan + drone flight), an on-site shoot typically takes between 1.5 and 3 hours. You are welcome to accompany us on-site or arrange a key handoff.
